Why one plan instead of tiers

A first article inspection is a project, not a daily habit, and the work varies enormously between shops. Tiered pricing would mean guessing which tier you belong in and charging you for headroom you may never use. One plan at $29 removes the decision, and the free tier removes the risk of paying for something that does not fit your documents. See the product page for what the tool does and does not do.

What counts as a page

One page
One page of a Form 3 document, or roughly 60 extracted rows. A single 128-row Form 3 counts as 3 pages. Subscribers are not counted at all.
Paste box
Pasted content counts the same way, by row count.
Failed extraction
If the document cannot be read, no page is counted.
Where the counter lives
In your browser’s local storage. There is no server, so there is no account to log into.

Taxes, invoicing and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle calculates, collects and remits VAT, GST and sales tax in the jurisdictions where it applies, and issues the invoice in its own name. Your card statement will show a Paddle charge.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews annually until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; the licence stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the free tier applies. Nothing you have exported is affected either way.

All sales are final. Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer refunds after a purchase, including for partial years and change of mind. Please use the free tier to confirm the tool reads your documents before subscribing. Full details in the Refund Policy.

Questions

Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup. After payment you confirm your purchase with the email on your Paddle receipt so the licence can be unlocked in your browser. See activation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Whatever Paddle supports in your jurisdiction, typically major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, and Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Paddle issues a VAT-compliant invoice automatically and emails it to you after purchase. If you need the invoice reissued with a company name or VAT number, contact [email protected].
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. There are no seat limits. Activate on each machine with the same purchase email or order ID.
What if the tool cannot read my file?
Nothing is deducted. If your Form 3 is a scan or a handwritten sheet, the parser will say so and no page is counted. See limitations.
What happens when my subscription lapses?
The licence stops and the free tier applies again: 3 pages per month. Spreadsheets you already exported are yours and remain unaffected.
Do you offer site-wide or company licensing?
