Disclaimer

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Read this before relying on any output. This tool copies data out of documents you supply. It does not verify measurements. It does not determine conformity. It does not produce a compliant first article inspection report. Every value it extracts must be checked against your source document before you use it.

1. Data transcription only

The Service extracts tabular data and produces a spreadsheet. It is a transcription utility. It is not a measuring instrument, not a quality management system, not an inspection record, and not a certification of any kind.

2. No conformity determination

The Service does not calculate pass or fail. The Pass / Fail column is copied from your document as printed. Where your document states no determination, none is invented.

The Service does not know your drawing requirements, the applicable tolerances, the measurement uncertainty, the calibration status of the gage, or whether a feature is designated Key or Critical. It is therefore incapable of determining conformity, and it does not try to.

3. Not a verified inspection record

Output is not an inspection record and must not be filed as one. It is a derived transcription of a record you already hold. The authoritative record remains the signed source document.

4. It does not produce a FAIR package

The Service does not generate AS9102 Form 1, Form 2 or Form 3 in a customer-approved layout, does not balloon drawings, does not perform drawing-to-measurement matching, and does not validate output against any prime contractor's template. Any first article inspection package you submit remains entirely your responsibility.

5. Extraction accuracy

Accuracy depends on document quality, layout, fonts and encoding, and is not warranted. The tool marks cells it is not confident about, but the absence of a flag is not a guarantee of correctness. Silent errors remain possible.

If a value matters — because it goes into a submission, a certificate of conformance or a customer deliverable — confirm it by eye against the original.

6. No quality or airworthiness advice

Nothing produced by the Service is quality advice, engineering advice, an airworthiness determination or regulatory guidance. It cannot and does not assess whether a part is safe, conforming or fit for installation.

7. Your regulatory responsibility

You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you, including export control and sanctions rules such as ITAR and EAR, data protection law such as GDPR, your obligations to your customers, and your own quality system requirements.

Processing happens in your browser and no document is sent to us. Whether that is sufficient for your particular controlled data is a judgement only you and your compliance function can make. If you are unsure, do not use the Service for that data.

8. Not legal or professional advice

Content on this site describing AS9102, GJB 908, FAI practice or aerospace quality requirements is general orientation only. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for the standards themselves, and not a substitute for advice from your customer, your quality authority or your legal counsel. Always work from the current published edition of the applicable standard.

9. Third-party names

AS9102 and AS9100 are standards published by SAE International. IAQG, Net-Inspect, InspectionXpert, Discus, Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin and RTX belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any of them, and we do not reproduce their standards, forms or templates.

10. Use at your own risk

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on output from the Service, including rejected submissions, production delays, rework, scrap, customer claims and regulatory findings.

Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

11. Your acknowledgement

The checkout flow asks you to confirm that you have read and accepted this Disclaimer. That is a condition of purchase.
