I paid but never got a receipt
Receipts come from Paddle, so check your spam folder and any finance or accounts inbox. If it is genuinely
missing, email [email protected] with the approximate time
and the card's last four digits.
I need to use this on a second computer
Open this page on that machine and enter the same purchase email or order ID. The licence is per subscription,
not per device.
I cleared my browser data and lost the licence
Just activate again on this page. Your subscription is tied to the purchase record, not to the browser.
Will it stop working after a year?
The subscription renews annually. If it is cancelled, the licence remains valid until the renewal date shown
above and then lapses, at which point the free tier applies again. Nothing you have exported is affected.
Do you store my documents?
No. The converter runs entirely in your browser. See the Privacy Policy.
