Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you", "your") and AS9102 to Excel ("we", "us") covering your use of as9102toexcel.com and the software on it (the "Service").
By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a browser-based tool that copies tabular data out of documents you supply and produces a spreadsheet. It performs a transcription function only. It does not inspect, verify, validate or certify anything. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Licence
Subject to these Terms and to payment of any applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. There is no seat limit: you may use your subscription on as many machines as you like.
Spreadsheets you produce are yours, and you may use them for any lawful purpose.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, or give third parties access to it as a service of their own.
- Circumvent or attempt to defeat the free-allowance counter or any access control.
- Process material you are not lawfully entitled to process.
- Disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
4. Your responsibilities
You keep all rights in your documents. We claim no licence over them.
Because processing happens in your browser and no document is sent to us, we never receive your content and cannot access, retrieve or delete it. See the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
- Making sure you may lawfully process the material you put into the tool.
- Checking every value the tool extracts before relying on it.
- The accuracy of anything you submit to a customer, auditor or regulator.
- Keeping your own copies. Nothing is stored on a server, so we cannot recover work for you.
5. Price and payment
The price is shown on the pricing page and is billed annually. Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle processes the payment, calculates and remits any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, and issues the invoice in its own name.
6. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews each year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your licence stays valid until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, we do not refund partial years or change of mind. A free tier is provided so you can confirm the tool handles your documents before paying. See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including which document layouts it supports. We do not promise that any particular document will be readable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its code and the content of this website belong to us. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms. Your documents remain yours.
10. Third-party names
AS9102 and AS9100 are standards published by SAE International. IAQG, Net-Inspect, InspectionXpert, Discus, Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin and RTX belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and we do not reproduce their standards, forms or templates.
11. Limits of our responsibility
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that extracted data is accurate, complete or fit for any regulatory, contractual or quality purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, contracts, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its output.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved exclusively in the competent state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and to venue therein.
13. Ending your access
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections 4, 7, 11, 12 and 13 continue to apply after access ends.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
